Let ASM Door Supervisors be the ‘Face’ of your venue; their appearance, professionalism and attitude will set the tone for your clients, guests and other members of staff; be it a Night Club, Bar, Restaurant, Film Premier or Set, Exhibition, Corporate Function or any other high or low profile event.

The Door Supervisor is a front line Customer Service and Security role which demands personable, friendly staff capable of talking to people without being too overbearing.

ASM Door Supervisors will professionally and diligently fulfil their principal role of controlling access and egress according to your defined needs. ASM Door Supervisors will also interact with you clients and staff to build appropriate relationships by offering help and assistance, advice and directions as necessary. This may be directly venue related such as dress code, opening hours or emergency procedures. It could be of a more general nature, such as knowing where the nearest cash machine is or what the local parking regulations are or even the name of a local speciality restaurant.

The Owners and managers of licensed premises need to be sure that the company supplying the Security service meets their exacting standards. They need to know the staffs on their premises are appropriately licensed, trained and insured failing to do so could result in a £5000 fine and or six months imprisonment.

ASM door supervisors are subject to rigorous background checks, our systems comply with British Industry Standards, BS7499 and BS7858, and each Door Supervisor is individually SIA Licensed by the Security Industry Authority and the company holds appropriate liability insurance.
